As a result, there is an increasing need to develop new age skills for enabling transformation from merely being a resource to being a domain expert.

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
We also have experience and skills to conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDP) for B-school Faculty, with Case Writing and Teaching being our primary forte. Along with this, we also conduct Management Development Programs (MDP) for Corporates in collaboration with faculties from premier B-schools and domain experts.
CAMPUS ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES
Amidst the restrictions imposed due to COVID-19, Team TMI experimented with a Virtual Internship Program and Live Projects to budding Management graduates and undergraduates. We were happy to contribute to their learning journey by simulating real-world problems from the Industry and guiding them to solve those in accordance with the industry requirements. It was certainly a delight to witness budding Managers attempt complex problems with ease and propose solutions that were innovative.
